    Here you will find information on how to accept your slot and complete your final booking to the camp.

    NB! All dates and times at Side by Side are based on the 24-hour clock and CET/CEST

    How to Accept Your Slot

    You accept your offered slot by completing a final booking via the link in your admission notice. It is very important to book in time – otherwise, your slot will be given to someone else. The deadline is stated in the email.

    In the final booking, you enter all people who will participate in the camp, both playing/singing participants and accompanying adults. The booking ends with payment by card for private individuals. Companies can choose invoice (sent in mid-May).

    Booking Terms & Conditions

    If you accept an offered slot at Side by Side, you should know:

    • You may only book yourself/your group for the slot(s) stated in your admission notice
    • If you book slots for a group, you are responsible for forwarding information to guardians
    • The person making the booking must be 18 years or older
    • EVERYONE attending the camp, including accompanying teachers, parents, and other adults, must book a slot and pay the participation fee
    • The last day for cancellation with refund is April 22
    • In case of unforeseen changes, we may need to cancel slots and refund participation fees

    During Side by Side, we document activities in text, audio, and images. Material may be used in our channels and by partners. This also applies to material participants send to us.   • How to Fill Out the Booking Form

    Book instrument / part

    Select the option you have been offered a slot in.

    Accompanying adults select the option Not playing, not singing. If you are a playing teacher, select your instrument.

    Playing teacher / Spelande pedagog (only Intermediate and Basic Orchestra)

    Check the box if you are an accompanying teacher and want to play if there is space.

    Special Diet

    No food containing pork or nuts is served at the camp. For special diets, you can choose vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and milk protein-free. You can specify allergies and other dietary requests, which will be accommodated as far as possible.

    Orchestra / Choir / Kulturskola

    Select the correct option from the list. If your group is not listed, select Other/Annan and enter the name of your orchestra, choir, or music school.

    Additional information / Övrig information

    Enter any other information we need to know about the group or any participant, such as wheelchair use or illness. You can also contact us by email.

    Email

    Booking confirmation and information emails for the camp will be sent to this email address. Person 1 is the main booker and receives confirmation for everyone in the group. Person 2, 3, and so on will receive confirmation for their own booking if an email address is provided.

    Mobile phone

    The number is used to reach the participant during the camp. If the participant does not have a mobile, enter the number of an adult responsible for the participant during the camp. We recommend that children attending the camp alone bring a mobile phone so we can reach them if needed.

    Book accommodation / Boka boende

    Only for participants who have applied for and been offered accommodation. Select check-in day and number of nights for each participant.

    Book camp counselor / Boka barnvärd

    Only for participants who have applied for and been offered a slot in a camp counselor group.

    Voucher – Liseberg Entry – Sunday

    If you wish, you can book an entrance ticket to Liseberg for each participant at a reduced price. You will receive a voucher with a barcode to show at the Ticket Office at the Concert Hall during the camp days to get an entrance ticket to Liseberg. The ticket is valid for Sunday, June 14.

  • Summary

    Check all details. If you want to change something, click Back at the bottom left. Once you click Book, you cannot go back and change.

    Promotional code

    At the bottom of the summary tab, you will see the total amount for the booking. If you have a discount code, enter it in the Promotional code box and click Apply. The amount will decrease. Then click Book.

    Payment

    In the Payment tab, first choose whether to pay by card or invoice (companies/organizations only).

    Payment service means you enter card details and complete payment before finishing the booking. You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, or Maestro.

    Invoice is chosen if payment is to be made by a company/organization by invoice. The invoice will be sent in mid-May and must be paid within 30 days.

  • After Booking

    • Each participant receives a confirmation to the provided email address
    • The main booker receives a collective confirmation for the whole group
    • All confirmations include a barcode. Print and bring the confirmation with the barcode to the camp. It will be used at registration on site. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder
    • The last day for cancellation with refund is April 22. Cancel via email to sidebyside@gso.se
