Travel
Flight
The closest airport is Gothenburg Landvetter Airport. To get from the airport to the city we recommend the airport bus.

If you are going straight to Konserthuset (the Concert Hall), you can disembark at "Berzeliigatan" and walk ca 4 min/270 m up the incline.
Train
Nearest train station is Gothenburg Central Station.

From there you can take several different buses and trams. Ticket may be bought at the store “Västtrafik”, "Resecentrum" or via the ToGo app. (Available in your app store.)
Meals
Each track's schedule shows which meals are included when. We work to reduce food waste and therefore some meals are only for our accommodation residents. This applies to most dinners. Which meals are for everyone and which are for residents only are shown in the track schedules that will be presented later this spring. Please note that dinner is not served on Friday June 12.
Detailed info about breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided closer to camp.

NB! It is important that only those who have registered a special diet take that food so there is enough for those who really need it. Nothing containing nuts or pork is served at Side by Side.
Accommodation
For you who will be staying over with us!

NB! If you can't or won't stay at camp, or if our accommodation is full, you can book External Housing.
Accommodation & Comfort
Those of you who sleep over at camp must bring your own mattress, pillow and blanket/sheet or sleeping bag.

NB! So that it doesn't get too crowded in the halls, it's great if you don't bring oversized inflatable mattresses.

The overnight stay takes place in dormitories of approx. 20 people/room, with the exception of some halls. Smaller groups may share a room with another group. We take into account your wishes regarding the division of dormitories (for example gender-divided groups).

There is a shared toilet in the corridors of the school.

The accommodation cost includes lunch on the arrival day as well as breakfast and dinner during your stay.
Accommodation Safety
The accommodation always has two resident managers (accommodation host/boendevärd) on site around the clock. They have undergone fire safety training and are informed about the normal fire and evacuation regulations that apply to schools. During the nights, a resident manager is always awake.

Upon check-in, we will inform you about the fire and order rules that apply to the accommodation. It is very important that everyone follows these rules.
Keep classrooms and corridors clean and tidy, take rubbish out of the rooms
Make sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked when you leave the rooms
Classrooms are kept locked and the accommodation managers will help with unlocking
Alcohol and drugs are prohibited
Nuts of all kinds are prohibited
After 11 pm, corridors and rooms must be quiet

The front doors are locked between 10 pm and 7 am. Security personnel are on site 24 hours a day. Despite this, we cannot guarantee that there will be no theft at the accommodation. Side by Side does not have any insurance for possible thefts, it must be covered by your own home insurance.
