EARLY MUSIC
EARLY MUSIC is mainly for youth and young adults. The track suits you who are interested in playing music from the middle ages or the renaissance period. You play wind instruments such as recorder, transverse flute or bassoon, string instruments such as violin, viola, cello or viola da gamba, or string instruments such as harp, guitar or lute. If you have a historical variant of some instrument, all the better! It's also possible to participate as a singer or percussionist.
Age: ca 12–23 years
Instrument experience: Good
Orchestra experience: Not necessary
Sheet music reading: Good knowledge
Participation fee: 500 SEK/participant
The track starts on Sunday June 18 and ends with Early & Folk in Concert on Wednesday June 21 in the afternoon.
Participates in the following concerts:
Festival Concert – Tuesday June 20, Scandinavium
Early & Folk in Concert – Tuesday June 21, Concert Hall
Preparations:
Participants should be well rehearsed on the sheet music at camp start.

Anders Renberg
Anders has double degrees in the recorder and a past in musical science. He has his musical home in medieval and renaissance music both as a musician and a sought-after teacher. In addition to the recorder, Anders also plays several other medieval instruments and is a member of the Medieval Ensemble Ambrosia.
