TERMS & CONDITIONS

– You application is evaluated based on the information you provide. We make our selection based on things like how long you have played your instrument/sung in a choir, your orchestra- / choir experience, and your age.

– We do not use the "first-come-first-served" principle, but go through all the applications individually and distribute the slots as evenly and fairly as possible. The first selection is made from those who applied by December 14, 2021. That means that those who submit their applications early have the greatest chance of getting accepted, The second selection is made from those who apply by February 4, 2022.

– As far as possible, we want to accommodate participants from the same ensemble/orchestra/choir who wish to be placed together, if this is the case for you, please submit a joint group application.

– We send out the admission notices for the first selection by January 14.
Those who are offered a slot by January 14 must reply and confirm their participation by February 3. . Those who do not confirm their participation in time will lose their slot.

– We send our the admission notices for the second selection by February 24.
Those who are offered a slot by February 24 must reply and confirm their participation by March 17. Those who do not confirm their participation in time will lose their slot.

– Those who are not offered slots will be placed on a waiting list for the track in question.

– During Side by Side, we will document the activities in text, video, image and audio. We will publicize this information and use photographs and videos in our social media, on our websites, in print, and in other media to present and reperesent Side by Side before, during and after camp, for communications and marketing purposes, The material may also be used by our partners. This includes any material that participants send in/make available to us. Beyond this, we follow set laws and regulations as well as the Gothenburg Symphony Privacy Policy.
